Developer banteg reports that Codex's auto-review has regressed, becoming overeager and anal. Examples: "push/sync with remote" rejected because he hadn't authorized the payload to that destination (the configured origin); "open an upstream PR" refused to push to his own fork; "merge PR and sync with remote" allowed the merge but refused pushing regenerated reports. His takeaway: authorizing a task no longer authorizes the steps needed to complete it.
