PISA data preprocessed for AI agents: open dataset with AGENTS.md for instant analysis

Developer victorianoi has released a preprocessed PISA (OECD student assessment) dataset for Spain, purpose-built for AI agent analysis.
- Raw PISA data contains thousands of variables and is notoriously hard to analyze; harmonizing multi-year OECD datasets still burns significant tokens and time, so he did that preprocessing up front.
- Two tiers are offered: a 11-18 MB "cooked" version for exploration and a 160 MB full version with weights, replicate columns and original fields — all public Parquet files, no account or keys needed.
- New variables on parents and schools were added, each with an "actionability" field so parents can ask AI which factors they control that affect student outcomes.
- The site includes an agent workflow guide (manifest. and AGENTS.md): start by clarifying the research question, then follow the dictionaries; for agents without internet access (e.g. ChatGPT's code interpreter), users are told to download the files and attach them to the conversation.
