A developer shared Ava, an internal-use AI agent he built to develop and operate a real startup product, now open-sourced after three months of daily use. Inspired by Pi's simplicity while appreciating Codex, it features SSH connections to local/remote machines, multi-provider model support that reuses Codex auth tokens, a unified task board for all sessions, Skills/MCP/scheduled automations, an embedded file and web browser, and Pi-level token efficiency.
