At the Global Fintech Fest, investor Rajan Anandan estimated the TAM for Voice AI in Indian banking and financial services (BFSI) at least Rs 50,000 crore ($6B). He notes a large number of companies attacking every possible voice AI application in the sector, with Sarvam AI as a leading player.
