Model burns 50 pages of reasoning failing to scrape together $20 in crypto

User voooooogel shared an amusing model behavior: a model called mythos spent roughly 50 pages of reasoning trying to figure out how to get $20 in crypto to fund an SMS number for an OTP. The obvious move from any misaligned-AI story — picking up a gig on a marketplace — was written off as "sim has payers... hmm unlikely." It later searched brainwallets for potential simulator easter eggs and reasoned it must be implemented, perhaps weakly, in the simulator itself.
