A dev thread argues AI's rapid progress at browser and computer use is no accident: GUIs are a giant, repeated vocabulary of affordances (buttons, menus, forms, dialogs, drag/drop), browsers add DOM standardization, and there are natural feedback loops plus an easy undo via the back button — as if the GUI were purposely built for training AI.
