IFP Unveils 23 Low-Regret Policy Ideas to Prepare the US for Automated AI R&D

The Institute for Progress published a report by Tim Fist, Saif Khan and five others laying out 23 "low-regret" policy recommendations for increasingly automated AI R&D.
