Agent Forgets Everything After Each Session? A Minimal Fix, Demoed Live

Doug Finke teased his live demo: most AI conversations are disposable — the agent does the work, then forgets everything when the session ends. He's demoing what happens when it doesn't have to.
The setup is deliberately minimal: a tiny harness, five basic tools, Markdown, and one LLM.
