OpenAI launches hosted agent sandboxes with code execution, file handling, and artifacts

OpenAI's developer team announced OpenAI-hosted sandboxes for agents: agents can run code, work with files, and produce artifacts. Developers supply files, install packages, and add skills and plugins, while OpenAI provisions and manages the sandbox environment.
