Amazon Quick is now generally available on macOS and Windows, with a new mobile activity feed consolidating email, calendar, CRM and messaging into one prioritized view while agents resolve routine items in the background.

- Goes beyond answering questions: synthesizes across systems, drafts deliverables, updates records and executes follow-ups
