Skild AI has reached a $100 million recurring revenue run-rate just 10 months after beginning commercial use — one of the fastest revenue ramps in robotics history, a milestone most robotics companies take years to hit, if ever.
Skild builds the AI "brain" for robots: software that lets them learn new tasks across different embodiments and environments without reprogramming from scratch. CEO Deepak Pathak: "This signifies a new chapter for robotics, moving from an era of demos to an era of deployments." The industry has long excelled at demos (dancing, folding laundry, stairs); the hard part is reliable, at-scale products in real customer environments.
