NVIDIA Opens BioNeMo Inference Runtime Beta; SandboxAQ Pilots Traceable Drug Discovery on Top

NVIDIA's BioNeMo Inference Runtime enters public beta, offering easy, fast, and memory-efficient structure prediction inference. SandboxAQ congratulated NVIDIA and announced an ongoing collaboration: a pilot stack making drug discovery traceable and fast. The AQ Knowledge Graph grounds every mechanistic answer with a source—node, edge, database, and PubMed ID—while BioNeMo orchestration and GPU-accelerated inference provide speed, letting scientists ask questions in plain language and receive fully traceable evidence packs. The code is open-sourced on GitHub.
