Websites can hand tools to AI agents: WebMCP demo schedules posts from the browser

The developer added WebMCP to Simple Post: an AI agent can discover connected accounts, draft a post, preview it, and schedule it directly from the browser. This is his third WebMCP Challenge project, with a full demo attached.
WebMCP lets any website expose tools to visiting AI agents without waiting for platform-side integrations.
