Investor Thomas Sohmers announced his startup Positron AI has closed a $230M Series B round at an over $1B valuation, co-led by Jump Trading, Arena, and Unless Ventures, with strategic backing from Arm.
The poster also joked about the AI industry's naming convergence — everyone names tools Atlas, Prism, or Grok: "dozens and dozens of Atlases running around."
