Open source won't save cybersecurity: whoever has more GPUs wins

The author loves open source but doubts it's the answer to cyber: a well-resourced attacker could take every open model as defenders and RL against them until its attack models dominate in every case.
He concedes open models help build stronger defenders, but in the cat-and-mouse game, those with more GPUs always win in both swarm and individual model strength.
