Maven Robotics came out of stealth with $100M raised. CEO Hamza Derbas famously won a major consumer-goods automation deal in 2024 with just a robot cartoon—talking his way into a meeting and asking to tour factories instead of pitching, beating four rivals with real robots. Its wheeled dual-arm platform moves at 10 mph with 30 kg payload, targeting mixed palletizing, one of the most labor-intensive warehouse tasks.
