Nebius ($NBIS) CEO Arkady and CRO Marc spoke at Goldman Sachs' Communacopia + Technology conference:
- Demand exceeds what the industry can build: AI creates real value in coding, security, and office work, and demand cascades from models to compute/cloud to buildings and power. Software can grow multiples per year; physical infrastructure cannot
- Visibility stretched from 18 to 24+ months: orders for Q1/Q2 2028 are already in, including tens of thousands of Vera Rubin GPUs
- List price hikes didn't cool demand: the industry simply can't build fast enough, which is why prices rise
