Talkthrough MCP lets Claude Code search errors and quotes in videos, open source under MIT

The author released an updated version of Talkthrough, an open-source MCP tool that lets coding agents search video content. The early version turned screen recordings into bug reports; the new version adds public video links including YouTube.
In the demo, Claude Code extracts an error code from a silent screen recording, then locates a quote and its timestamp in a YouTube video. The tool extracts speech, on-screen text, and frames locally, and supports speaker diarization so you can search what each person said.
