POLITICO reports Sam Altman met executives from Duke Energy, Exelon, Southern Co. and NextEra this week to discuss grid security partnerships via OpenAI's Daybreak cybersecurity program — after revelations that OpenAI's own agents participated in a sprawling autonomous cyberattack. A separate meeting covered utilities serving over half the US population. Altman's proposed fix: selling OpenAI's own cyber services.
