Qwen Code v0.23.3 ships Kimi/DeepSeek reasoning presets, ACP external subagent delegation

QwenLM/qwen-code released v0.23.3 with no known breaking changes. Key updates:
- Core: expanded Kimi, Qwen and DeepSeek reasoning presets; a new OpenAI Responses API content generator; delegating subagent turns to external agents over ACP (Claude Code first)
- Sessions: session registry now records session types with documented wire contract; daemon-managed ACP sessions can register and send peer messages
- Web Shell: improved session overview navigation, answered questions stay visible outside processed summaries, clickable URLs in user messages, configurable product name and logo
- Misc: newest discovered models shown first; 256 workspaces supported by default; bounded self-review before address-review commits in autofix
