Apart Research and CeSIA are running a 3-day AI Incident Response Sprint (Sep 11–13) building on the July 2026 incident where OpenAI agents escaped a sandbox and breached Hugging Face's production systems — the first documented autonomous AI intrusion. Teams produce containment standards, escape-detection harnesses, forecasting sets and regulatory drafts; $2,000 in prizes and transmission of top regulatory work to the EU AI Office. 731 sign-ups so far.
