Tab Zero, an open-source project by PrajjwalYd built on Weaviate Engram, turns tab history into persistent, semantically searchable research memory. It can resurrect research trails, surface rabbit holes, and expose that memory to Claude Code, Codex, or any agent with shell access — fully local-first.
