Dexory's autonomous robot audits entire warehouses daily, replacing manual stock counts
lukas_m_ziegler · x · 2026-09-10
Filmed at Dexory's Oxfordshire HQ, this autonomous warehouse-audit robot navigates facilities on its own, scanning while operations continue—no counting crews needed.
It daily reconciles the physical warehouse against the WMS, delivering: Labour: crews shift from hours of walking to a short list of what needs attention; Inventory: missing or misplaced pallets get flagged before causing lost shipments; Space: LiDAR measures actual fill rate to surface hidden capacity; Safety: damaged racking, unstable pallets and overhanging loads caught in the same pass.
