ComfyUI custom node pack banned for 'security reasons' with zero explanation from maintainers

The developer of the open-source ComfyUIHuggingFaceDownloader node pack reports it was suddenly blocked in ComfyUI-Manager with a 'security reasons' banner — no audit report, no offending commit, no flagged code pattern offered.
The ban directly breaks automated provisioning for his cloud container deployment used by dozens of active users. He says he's willing to fix anything immediately, whether it's a false positive on HF API token handling, arbitrary downloads, or subprocess calls, but has no way to know what to change.
The post asks the community for the proper appeal channel and calls on the ComfyUI team to disclose the specific issue or open an official unban process.
