asc CLI ships per-release changelogs designed for AI agents to consume

The asc CLI, a command-line tool for App Store Connect, now publishes a detailed changelog for every release, and the author suggests pointing your coding agent at it to improve workflows. The latest 5.1.0 release adds --session-from-env for secure CI reads of web sessions, stricter handling of inconclusive review-draft responses, hardened staging of P8 API-key files against inherited macOS ACLs, and renewed request budgets during web login. The 5.0.0 release introduced asc capabilities to inventory supported web-session workflows.
