A 3-step GEO method to get your site recommended by ChatGPT

Chinese indie maker Gefeix shares a three-step method for getting ChatGPT (and Claude/Gemini) to recommend your website, and asks followers whether ChatGPT has actually brought them traffic or paying users.
The method:
- Reverse-engineer: ask ChatGPT how a user would phrase a query looking for your type of tool, building a list of likely prompts.
- Probe: feed those prompts into a fresh AI session and study how it reasons, splits search keywords, which pages it fetches, and what those page titles are.
- Synthesize: feed step 2's findings back to the AI and ask how to write content and where to publish it.
It's essentially a hands-on GEO (generative engine optimization) workflow aimed at getting your site cited in AI answers.
