Firefox fixes 12-year-old WebRTC bug that broke ChatGPT Voice connections

An OpenAI team member tracked down why Firefox users intermittently failed to connect to ChatGPT Voice, uncovering a 12-year-old WebRTC bug (Mozilla Bugzilla #1034964, filed in 2012): Firefox needed to use ICE regular nomination when the peer is ICE-Lite. He pushed a fix, now marked RESOLVED FIXED and shipping in Firefox 156.
