Tortie: a slim agent-driven IDE with phrase-based red-green diffs for prose editing

The author dubs Tortie their new daily agent harness: a slim, agent-driven IDE without cruft. It works with any agent harness, keeps sessions alive across Tortie process restarts, and — its killer feature — is the only IDE with phrase-based red-green diffs. When asking an agent to edit prose (e.g. "fix grammar and spelling"), Cursor or Zed flood you with red blocks across every paragraph, while Tortie's finer diff granularity shows only what actually changed.
