Epoch AI launched an AI Chip Users explorer tracking compute across OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Anthropic, Meta Superintelligence Labs and xAI, modeled from power disclosures, filings and analyst estimates. OpenAI's compute has grown nearly 20-fold since 2023; compute at leading labs is rising 4x per year, faster than infrastructure is being built.
