Matt Slotnick warns that in today's fast-moving market, missing a few product development cycles around agents may be unrecoverable. Becoming disintermediated from agent work, he argues, is a "death spiral towards irrelevance": you not only lack the right products today, you also lose the learning loop needed to build the right products for tomorrow.
