Investor slams Google's Gemini Spark as buggy while praising Meta's Muse
corleonecapital · x · 2026-09-10
Investor @corleonecapital posted a scathing review of Google's Gemini Spark assistant: dozens of attempts to get it to do "anything" ended in refusals or outright bugs, including failing to unsubscribe from emails inside Gmail — and he tagged Sundar Pichai and other Google execs asking who is accountable.
He contrasted it with Meta's Muse and Grok Bot, calling both "awesome" and Google's lack of focus "appalling", after @giffmana noted he uses every AI product except Gemini for Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides. The thread captures a widening perception gap between Google's assistant products and rivals.
