tszzl: better algorithms make you hungrier for compute, not less

In an exchange with Joe Weisenthal, tszzl argues model quality is a function of compute times algorithm quality. As algorithms improve you get more from less hardware — but that only makes you hungrier for hardware. There is no AGI/ASI threshold at which AI development stops; the race toward smarter models keeps demand for compute growing.
