Nebius founder hints at Japan datacenter plans in Citi conference remarks

Speaking at the Citi Conference, Nebius founder Arkady Volozh said the company diversifies its buildouts: beyond the US, it is the largest builder in Europe and also builds in the Middle East and India, adding that it now has "some partnerships" in Japan — which observers read as a hint that a Japanese datacenter may be on the horizon.
