OpenAI accused: buried opt-out only excludes ChatGPT, says nothing about internal models

Investor Delip Rao discovered that OpenAI's buried privacy opt-out — required to stop your data from training — only excludes "ChatGPT" and makes no promises for internal models like reward models. @mahditcs used the formal opt-out form and waited an hour just for email confirmation, urging everyone to demand answers from [email protected]; if the button doesn't do what it claims, this could be a class-action and fines-scale issue. OpenAI has not yet responded.
