Multiple Codex subscribers report unexplained quota drops: one went from 40%+ usage to 0% with the reset date silently moved from Sept 15 to Sept 12; another saw their quota fall from 90% to 10% overnight. The unannounced tightening is fueling transparency complaints from paying users.
