LinusEkenstam details the Apple Watch 12 and Ultra 4 health sensing upgrades: a new Health Sensing System with larger ECG electrodes and green LEDs, heart rate data every 5 seconds (60x increase), and HRV every 5 minutes (24x). On the software side he expects a morning-updated Readiness score, Health Age, a longevity tab, and daily AI personal guidance—effectively a personal health hub. He notes he described this vision back in 2013.
