Codex quota display glitch: 70% suddenly shown as 7%, then restored
dotey · x · 2026-09-10
Blogger @dotey reports that Codex suddenly warned his quota had dropped to 7% when he remembered it was around 70%. The number kept falling to 6% before he checked the settings page and found actual usage was normal.
Right as he considered recharging, the display recovered on its own, showing 75% remaining. He suspects a display or accounting glitch rather than real consumption and asks whether others have hit the same issue.
