One global function cuts Sokoban evolution iterations from ~98 to 7-24, finds LLM level-gen study

Follow-up result from the author's LLM-driven level generation experiments: adding global functions slashes iteration counts — Sokoban went from 98 iterations with no globals down to 7-24. Surprisingly, 5 globals was no better than 1: evolution splits functionality across functions, and some splits end up inefficient.
