Carlsberg brings supply chain training in-house with Synthesia, cutting €30K+ yearly agency spend
synthesiaIO · x · 2026-09-09
Brewing giant Carlsberg Group adopted Synthesia to move supply chain training video production in-house.
Key results:
- 100+ internal creators trained across the company in under two years
- €30K+ in annual external agency spend redirected in-house
- Training delivered to supply chain workers across 150+ markets, in every language
The workflow: drag in docs, describe the video, let the AI Assistant build it, then iterate in chat. The effort is part of the Carlsberg Excellence programme's AI and digitalisation initiatives, run by its Switzerland-based Integrated Supply Chain Academy to train brew masters, engineers, procurement teams, and shop floor operators globally.
