AI Governance Researcher Joins Congress as AAAS Legislative AI Fellow

AI governance researcher Chinasa Okolo has joined the AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellowship (STPF) as a Legislative AI Fellow, spending a year supporting AI legislation in Congress.
She brings about four years of global AI governance research experience and calls the role a rare chance to move from research into hands-on lawmaking.
