Developer @sytelus notes that data sharing for training is on by default for both ChatGPT and Claude — including paid plans, except business tiers. The difference: Anthropic shows the dialogue explicitly during sign-up and removes your data from future training runs if you ever opted out, making its handling more transparent than OpenAI's.
