Open-source browser 3D neuroanatomy atlas: 592 meshes synced with MRI slices in MNI152 space
BraydonDymm · x · 2026-09-09
Developer batuhanayci open-sourced a browser-based 3D clinical neuroanatomy atlas. Everything lives in MNI152 space — the same coordinates as the template MRI — so 3D models and scan slices correspond and you can move between them.
- 592 meshes with synchronised MRI slices, arterial territories, and traced pathways
- A lesion/syndrome mode showing what a syndrome does and why
- Clinical topics, a glossary and a quiz; every entry cites open-access sources
- Available in English and Turkish
