ECCV 2026 to host full-day workshop on 3D in the Era of World Models
CSProfKGD · x · 2026-09-09
ECCV 2026 will hold a full-day workshop "3D in the Era of World Models" on September 9, 2026 at Malmö Arena, exploring explicit 3D structure, spatial intelligence, video generation, and physical reasoning in scalable world models.
Key topics include: when explicit 3D representations are necessary vs. sufficient implicit world models; whether large-scale video pretraining yields spatially grounded understanding and the role of 3D inductive bias; 4D and long-context modeling; evaluation benchmarks beyond pixel fidelity; and applications in embodied AI. Submissions run via OpenReview; seating is limited.
