Community member haochengxiu converted the VDN-H3 Turbo Adapter into standalone 8-step MM H3 LoRAs for fl2va and ref2va, speeding up MiniMax H3 Turbo video generation in ComfyUI. Weights are available on Hugging Face under drbaph/MiniMax-H3-Turbo-Lora-ComfyUI (experimental folder).
