@enjalot introduced Latent Craft, a new way of exploring large datasets with UMAP: you can fly through the dataset in the browser and mine for images you want to collect — all 1 million images are explorable in the browser. The underlying dataset, uploaded by @vanstriendaniel to the Hugging Face Hub, contains 1,080,814 public domain images, mostly from 19th-century books.
