Citing a Kimi (Moonshot) paper that he says effectively 16x'ed global compute resources, AGraylin argues China would have no reason to publish such a breakthrough if it were truly racing the U.S. to AGI, as it would overnight equalize the compute gap. He calls for US-China collaboration on AI safety instead of a lose-lose race.
