Claude Code 2.1.266 ships fix for regression that broke LLM gateway and proxy setups

Anthropic released Claude Code CLI 2.1.266 with a single fix: a regression in 2.1.265 made the undocumented CLAUDECODEUSEGATEWAY env var force Cloud-gateway sign-in on its own, breaking every request for setups pairing it with an API key, apiKeyHelper, or custom auth headers ("Not signed in to the Cloud gateway"). The variable is ignored on its own again; no config changes needed.
