Two days and a rented GPU: a fully AI-made ad for a Nairobi skin clinic
peddss · reddit · 2026-09-09
A Redditor made an entire ad for his sister's dermatology clinic in Nairobi using only AI: Z-Image for the stills, MiniMax H3 for the motion, taking two days with the only cost being a rented GPU on RunPod.
He says the hardest part was fighting the models' tendency toward a stock-photo look and nailing an authentic Kenyan feel in the spaces and people, and is asking the community for honest feedback on whether it works as an ad.
