Gary Marcus reposted his earlier statement after days of allegations against OpenAI — hacks, apparent cover-ups, possible data fudging, even intellectual theft with hints of extortion, plus the "bullshit game" of pretending Astra was AGI. He argues such conduct would be unacceptable even at a used car dealership, let alone a company that could cause serious harm to humanity, and reiterates that OpenAI should be shut down until there are changes at the top.
