Dev gets official unsupported HDR working on Elgato 4K X for macOS at 4K30

Developer talkaboutdesign worked around an official limitation: Elgato's 4K X capture card doesn't officially support HDR on Mac, yet he got a live HDR feed running at 3840x2160 30fps on macOS.
He is now asking whether anyone is interested as he considers finishing the abandoned project, which could benefit Mac-based streamers and content creators.
